Chaz Luther – Director and First Aid Instructor
An experienced First Aid trainer, Chaz is also able to deliver manual handling training. She is dedicated to teaching people of all ages and the ability focussing on the importance of having the confidence to practise First Aid as you never know when you might need it.
Chaz is an active member of HM Coastguard and SWAST as a Volunteer Community Responder and also worked in the community as a Community Safety Advocate for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service delivering schools programs and home fire safety advice. She builds rapport easily with people and presents First Aid in a way that all ages and abilities can relate to. She is also Makaton trained. Chaz uses her experience in the real world not just in the classroom when delivering First Aid training.

Lorraine Rawle – Director and Business Manager
Lorraine lived in Melbourne, Australia for several years and spent this time working with Emergency Service organisations. Always working with the community such roles included Coordinating Emergency Catering with Australian Red Cross Victoria, working with the local community to establish a Men’s Shed, establishing food hygiene programmes for local Council volunteers, managing bushfire education programmes and many years coordinating “4 Steps for Life” for Ambulance Victoria. 4 Steps for Life is an innovative CPR awareness program that gave awareness of how to perform CPR to over 250,000 people.
Since returning to the UK she has coordinated local Community Safety programs for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service and now runs dementia support groups as well as running her own business.
